The National Police Service has warned that there are 3 Kenyans who have sneaked out of the country to join Alshabab terror group in Somalia. They are reportedly undertaking training with an intention of sneaking back into the country to stage terror attacks and also, they are in contact with other suspected terrorists within the country. In this regard, the National Security organs have heightened vigilance throughout the republic.

In addition, parents, Guardians and religious leaders have been encouraged to share information on radicalization recruitment and facilitation of their kin to join terror groups otherwise they would be liable to prosecution for abetting crime.

You are hereby requested to be on the look out and report any suspicious activity or individuals to the nearby Police Station or Security agency on 999/112.
