The College of Health Science has two libraries, Medical Library which is situated at Kenyatta National Hospital along Ngong Road and Dental Sciences Library in the School of Dental Sciences along Argwings Kodhek Road opposite the Nairobi Hospital.

The Faculty of Dental Sciences started from a humble beginning in 1974 as a department (The Department of Dental Surgery) in the Faculty of Medicine.
