NEW CAR STICKER SYSTEM

The University has launched the new Car Sticker Management Information System(CSMIS) and now live and active through the following link: csmis.uonbi.ac.ke

The following information is therefore important to note:

1. Students

1. Username: Registration Number with slashes e.g., C01/1234/2020.
2. Password: Your Active Directory (AD) login password.
3. The Documents to be uploaded in the system are scanned copy of logbook (Registered in your name), Copy of valid Insurance and student ID in PDF format.
4. You must be a bonafide student and your status must be current.

2. Staff

1. Username: Staff Payroll Number.
2. Password: Your Active Directory (AD) login password.
3. The Documents to be uploaded into the system are scanned copy of logbook, copy of valid insurance and staff ID in PDF format (logbook MUST be registered in your name)

3. General Information

1. The system has two levels of approval, level 1 and level 2.
2. You may be requested to avail original document physically if their authenticity is in doubt.
3. Note that the process of verification involves liaison with National Transport and Safety Authority hence only genuine logbook shall only be accepted and processed.
4. Your password should remain consistent with the AD login credentials to ensure ease of use and security.
